Premier Insulation West Auckland is an Authorised subcontractor of PIL Group Ltd – Contract holder of the Warmer Kiwi Homes Programme.

Through the Warmer Kiwi Homes programme, EECA is offering insulation to homeowners whose home is located in an area identified as low income or have a Community Services Card.  The grant will cover 80% of the cost of ceiling and underfloor insulation. An average 100sqm ceiling and underfloor home insulation would cost approximately $ 4,300 plus GST, if you're eligible under the EECA scheme it would cost approximately $860 plus GST.

Based on the standards set by EECA, if your ceiling insulation is below 120mm, you can top-up to meet the standards through the grant.

You can be eligible if:

​

• You own and live in a home built before 2008

• You (the owner) have a community services card or live in an area identified as low income 

• Your home doesn’t have ceiling and underfloor insulation
